Pod Care

The 6 gold pins on each pod are essential for charging and uploading data on the Dock. They must be kept clean and debris-free to ensure optimal performance and long-term functionality.

To maintain a proper and reliable connection clean the pods periodically using the following steps:

1. Gently polish the gold pins using a felt pad in a circular motion. This helps remove corrosion, oxidation or dirt build-up on the pin surface.

   

2. Use rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab (or an alcohol wipe) to clean off any sticky or oily residue.

   

3. Use a microfiber cloth to remove any leftover particles and dry the pins completely.

   

   
   

The pods are water and impact resistant - they can get slightly damp but don’t submerge them.

Don’t expose the pods to strong magnets or extreme temperatures.

Dock Care

Similar to the gold pads on the Pods, the gold pins on the Dock must stay clean and clear of debris to maintain a proper and reliable connection. Follow these steps to care for your Home or Travel Dock:

1. Check for any physical obstruction on the dock pins then gently blow on them to remove any dust or debris.
2. Unplug the dock and use an alcohol wipe or 99% isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab to gently clean any sticky or oily residue on the pins.
3. Use a microfiber cloth to remove any leftover particles and dry the pins completely.

Insole Care

• Clean your insoles with a damp cloth if they get dirty and replace as necessary.
