Details on how we plan to stay safe at Plantiga Labs

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

The health and well-being of our clients ranks as our top priority when it comes to running our assessments and providing users with a detailed analysis of their movement data.

Below you will find our plan and the steps we are taking to ensure we do everything possible to help you while staying safe.

APPOINTMENTS

When booking through our JaneApp, you will be prompted to fill out a COVID screening form 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you happen to miss this email, you will simply be asked to fill it out upon arrival. The purpose of these screening questions is to ensure the health and safety of our clients and our employees. If you do not pass the screening questions, we will have to reschedule your appointment, with no cancellation fee.

MASKS

Each technician will wear a mask, along with the additional personal protective equipment (PPE) available at our office. If you would like to wear a mask for the treatment, you can either bring your own or we will provide a disposable, single-use mask upon your arrival.

CLEANING

We have set aside extra time between every appointment to allow for a full sanitization. Our team will be washing/sanitizing our hands before and after each appointment. Additionally, customer areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after appointments.

ENTERING PLANTIGA

Welcome! Please come in no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time. Please enter the business center through the main entrance, located right next to the tall, blue tower. Upon entering into the building, we will have a self check-in sign posted that you can use by either scanning the QR code using your phone camera or by typing in the listed website URL into your browser.

As a safety precaution, we do kindly ask that you do not bring family or friends with you for your appointment during this time, unless they have also booked an appointment during the same time slot.

There will be hand sanitizer available for you at the entrance. Please feel free to use it as soon as you come in the door.

Lastly, we ask that you please practice social distancing upon entering the building and make attempts to maintain this distance as much as possible during your appointment.

FORMS AND PAYMENT

Please remember to fill out your intake and consent forms online prior to your appointment. If you cannot, we will have you fill out the necessary forms upon your arrival so that we can enter them onto your JaneApp account afterwards.

Once you’ve created your JaneApp profile, you will be prompted to enter your banking information online so that we can provide contactless payment for your appointment. Following payment, we can either provide you with a printed copy of your receipt or an emailed version.

WASHROOMS/CHANGEROOMS

There is a building washroom located just down the hall from our office that is regularly sanitized and maintained. If possible, we recommend that you use your washroom at home before your appointment though we do understand this is not always possible.
