Reports

A sharable movement data summary

Get to an activity report by clicking the Report button at the bottom of an activity card, found on the activity feed or Dashboard. You can also navigate to a report from the lefthand sidebar of an activity.

The multi-activity Baseline report will appear as a button under the Daily date if two or more fundamental activity types have been recorded on the same day.

Using Reports

Each report contains performance and asymmetry sections. Based on the activity type or report type chosen, the contents of the report will differ.

Performance

The performance section of the report highlights key performance metrics for the activity and compares the current results to the most recent previous activity.

Asymmetry

The asymmetry section highlights key asymmetry metrics for the activity. The asymmetry marker will fall on the side of the scale with the higher score.

In the example above, the left side incurs a Total Athlete G-Load 3.08% greater than the right side. Asymmetry markers in the green band indicate low asymmetry, markers in the yellow bands indicate moderate asymmetry, and markers in the red bands indicate high asymmetry.

The interactive trends section puts singular activities in context and visualizes progress or regression in different metrics over time with respect to a healthy baseline or events like injuries, surgeries, or training program implementation. The functionality of the Trends section is the same as the Trends page.

Glossary

In individual activity reports, the glossary defines important terms and metrics used in the report and is a useful tool for interpretation.

Sharing & Downloading Reports

To download the report as a PDF with annotations, click Download.

To share the report with the patient, client, athlete, or another practitioner, click Share and enter the email and name of the recipient. The recipient will receive an email with a link to view the report. The default name and email for report sharing can be updated in the person’s profile.

Adding notes

Reports are a tool for easy data translation with patients, clients, athletes, or other practitioners.

Individual activity reports are available for each activity.

Baseline reports are available when two or more fundamental activities included in the report have been completed on the same day for the same athlete. Only completed activities will be shown in the report.

Add notes below each section to highlight information or add context. To add a note, mouse over the section you would like to comment on and then click the ADD NOTES button in the righthand margin. Use the text box that appears to add and format notes (markdown is supported).

After you’ve added your note, you’ll see a small grey line to the right of the report, indicating that you added something there. To edit your note, hover over the line and the textbox will reappear.

To save the notes you wrote, download the report as a PDF. Report annotations will be lost when the report page is closed.
