Creating Activity Splits
There are 2 ways to create activity splits after your data has uploaded:
- Simultaneously create activity splits for multiple athletes using the Activity Editor
- Create activity splits for one session in the Explore page
Create activity splits using the Activity Editor
Get to the Activity Editor by clicking the drop-down arrow beside "Overview" in the left navigation bar, then clicking "Activity Editor".

- In the People section on the left, you will see a list of people in your organization. Choose who you would like to create splits for. Those who have collected data on the chosen day will appear in dark font at the top of the list. Those who do not have data on that day will be greyed out below.
- In the Data section, click and drag on the plot to select an area of interest.
- Click on the magnifying glass above the selected area to zoom in
- Dialog will appear in the Activity Info section.
- Choose the Activity Type
- Optionally, you can rename the activity, assign the split to a parent activity, or include notes.
- Once you've made your edits, click Create in the bottom right
- You may create multiple activities before saving
- Click Save in the top right before exiting the page

Create activity splits using the Explore page
Get to the Explore page by clicking the dropdown labelled More at the bottom of an activity card, found on the activity feed or bottom of the Dashboard.

Click and drag on the plot to select an area of interest. Click on + Split above the selection to create a split.
Pro tip: Click the magnifying glass above the selection to zoom in and select the exact section you want.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to select an Activity Type and optionally rename the activity. Once done, click Create in the bottom right of the pop-up.

You can create multiple splits before saving your changes. A pop-up will appear on the bottom left of the screen to confirm a new activity has been created.
