Customizing activity types
Set a list of common activity types for your organization to use for data collection.
To create a custom set of Activity Types for your organization, go to the ACTIVITY TYPES tab under Settings. Toggle the ones you want to use ON and the ones you don’t want to use OFF. We recommend leaving all of the Fundamental Activities toggled on, as there are additional metrics available for the Fundamental Activities that are not available for additional or custom activities.
To add a custom activity type, click on the Add Activity Type button in the bottom right corner. Give your new activity type a name and then make sure it's toggled on.
