      How to correctly place pods into insoles

      Fitting Pods into Insoles

      • Place the pod into the pocket under the arch of the insole - the velcro will hold it in place
      • Make sure the pod is in the correct orientation - the pod sticker colour and pattern should match up with the sticker on the insole (green Os for right and orange Xs for left)
      • If you have grey stickers, orient your pods so the two parallel gold pads are closest to the heel and the label is right side up.  Make sure the left pod is in the left insole and the right pod is in the right insole - the pods are labeled L and R
      • Make sure the pod is laying flat in the pocket, otherwise the person wearing the insoles might experience discomfort
