Maximum Jump Distance

Maximum jump distance is the greatest horizontal displacement of the centre of mass. Single-leg jump distance can be used as a measure of functional dynamic stability within each leg, and primarily reflects glute and calf function.

Jump distance sensitivity to injury - A single leg jump for distance without arm swing is a more sensitive measure of limb symmetry due to injury.
