Fitting Pods into Insoles

Pod orientation is critical to valid data collection!
Place the pod into the pocket in the arch of the insole so that the colour of the pod matches the colour of the insole and the "LEFT" and "RIGHT" words are visible. Left is orange and right is green.
To remove the pods from the insoles, bend the insole slightly so the end of the pod sticks out and pull the pod to remove.

Fitting insoles to feet

Trim the insoles to size following the guide lines on the base of the insole or use the person’s existing insole or foot as a size guide.
PlantigaONE insoles come in (US Men’s) sizes XS (4-6), SM (7-9), MD (10-12), LG (13-15) and XL (16-18).
PlantigaTWO insoles come in (US Men's) sizes 6-14.
For wide feet, use the next insole size up and trim down the toe only to leave extra width.

Fitting insoles to shoes

Plantiga insoles should be used in place of the shoe's stock insole. However, if the stock insole is not removable, the Plantiga insole can be placed on top. Note that the laces might need to be loosened slightly to accommodate the double insole.
