Fitting Pods into Insoles

• Pod orientation is critical to valid data collection!

• Place the pod into the pocket in the base of the insole so that the color of the pod matches the color of the insole and the arrows line up. Left is orange and right is green.

  

  
  
• To remove the pods from the insoles, bend the insole slightly so the end of the pod sticks out and pull the pod to remove.

Fitting insoles to feet

• Trim the insoles to size following the guide lines on the base of the insole or use the person’s existing insole or foot as a size guide.
• Plantiga insoles come in (US Men’s) sizes XS (4-6), SM (7-9), MD (10-12), LG (13-15) and XL (16-18).
• For wide feet, use the next insole size up and trim down the toe only to leave extra width.

Fitting insoles to shoes

• Plantiga insoles can be fitted into shoes under or over the stock insole, or used in place of the stock insole, whichever way is most comfortable.

• Plantiga insoles can also be worn underneath orthotic devices or other specialized insoles.

Insoles Care

• Clean the insoles with a damp cloth if they get dirty and replace as necessary.
