Platform Walkthrough

This guide explains how to access plantiga.io, verify your hardware pairing, and navigate the platform to collect and review data.

Accessing plantiga.io

  • The Plantiga platform runs on plantiga.io as a progressive web app

    It can be accessed from:

    • Laptop or desktop
    • Tablet
    • Smartphone
  • Google Chrome is recommended, but other browsers are supported
  • Log in using your Plantiga account credentials

Verifying Pod Pairing (Critical Step)

Pairing pods to a profile is how the data collected with those pods gets uploaded to the correct profile. This is a critical step for ensuring that your data ends up in the right place.

Confirm Pods Are Paired

  • You should see your Pods listed under your profile name
  • This indicates the Pods are correctly paired to that profile

Manually Pair Pods (if needed)

  1. On the People page, click the three dots next to the profile name
  2. Select Pair Pods
  3. Choose the correct Pods from the dropdown list

Important

  • If no Pods appear in the dropdown, your hardware has not been set up correctly.
    • Return to the hardware setup guides and complete those steps first.

Each Pod has a 4-digit ID printed on it.

    • Confirm the ID matches the Pods you are pairing

Pod pairing is required for data to be associated with the correct profile.

    • Always confirm pairing before collecting data

Checking Pod and Dock Status

From the People Page

  • Hover over the Pod chiclets under a profile to view Pod status. You will see a checkmark for fully charged, a battery for charging, a cloud for uploading, or a triangle for undocked.

From the Devices Page

  • Click Devices in the left navigation bar.

The Pod icon shows how many Pods are currently docked.

    • Example: If you expect 2 Pods and see only 1, one Pod is not connected. Make sure the missing one is seated properly in the dock and clean the pins, as shown in the Care & Maintenance guide.

If Pods are missing or not connecting as expected, please contact support@plantiga.com.
