Dashboard
Use the Dashboard to customize a quick snapshot of key performance metrics over the past 1, 7, or 28 days to hone in on what matters to you.
Getting there
Get to the Dashboard by clicking on a person’s name in the People page.

You’ll see widgets with plots or summaries of the activities a person has done in the past 1, 7, or 28 day (this depends on the widgets chosen). The Dashboard page is completely customizable to reflect what you find most important.

Customizing your Dashboard
A Dashboard view can be customized across an organization, for the specific metrics that matter to you.
Click EDIT on the top right to rearrange, add and remove widgets.

Click ADD to add a Widget. Widgets can be filtered by Activity Type, Movement Type, Metric and date range. Click the minus button in the top right corner of each widget to remove it.

Click VIEW to create multiple groups and switch between Dashboard views. You can customize views for individual athletes or answer questions that matter most to you.

Widget Types
A different selection of key performance and asymmetry metrics are available for each activity in different widget formats.

Quick Value: This widget will show one value as a quick snapshot of the chosen 1, 7 or 28 day window. Values can be customized to show the total, average or maximum of the metric.

Side-to-Side Average: The left side shows the average value for the left limb and the right side shows the average value for the right limb. This widget can be selected to show the average across 1, 7 or 28 days.

7-Day Bar Graph: Shows values over the past 7 days. The horizontal band shows the typical range and the horizontal line shows the average for the week.

28-Day Bar Graph: Shows values over the past 28 days. The horizontal band shows the typical range. The long and short horizontal lines show the average for the last 28 and 7 days, respectively.

Asymmetry Widgets
Asymmetry markers in the green indicate low asymmetry, markers in the yellow indicate moderate asymmetry, and markers in the red indicate high asymmetry.
Simple Asymmetry Widget: The asymmetry marker shows which side had larger numbers. The grey rectangle indicates the typical range for the individual and below is a callout whether the value is within or outside the typical range.

Gauge Asymmetry Widget: The marker shows which side has greater asymmetry. The grey polygon indicates the typical range for that individual.

7-Day Bar Graph: Shows asymmetries and direction of asymmetry past 7 days. The horizontal band shows the typical range and the horizontal line shows the average for the week.

28-Day Bar Graph: Shows asymmetries and direction of asymmetry over the past 28 days. The horizontal band shows the typical range. The long and short horizontal lines show the average for the last 28 and 7 days, respectively.

From the Dashboard, navigate to Reports and Trends by selecting on an activity at the bottom of the page and clicking the buttons below the activity cards. Navigate to activity Explore Info, Labels, Files or Report by clicking the More dropdown.
